Steps held a cheese and wine evening in November 2009 to celebrate the past, present and future of Steps. The evening was a fantastic success with over 150 people in attendance from all over the East Midlands.

Tony Carr, one of the Trustees of Steps, presented a timeline of events of Steps from the last fifteen years, from when it started in a small room in Groby, to the struggle we had to buy the lovely old building we are so lucky to be in now.
Fiona Burton, one of the mums did a very moving presentation about her son, Charlie, who attends Steps. She included some beautiful photographs of Charlie from when he was a baby to the lovely boy that he is now. Fiona told everyone how much Steps has benefitted Charlie, which touched the hearts of all who were in attendance.

Trish Edwards, Manager of Steps, talked about Steps' vision for the future. "We certainly could not be where we are today without all of the financial help from our friends of Steps," says Trish.
A great evening was had by all!
