Trish Mabbot - Centre Manager
The Centre Manager holds the NNEB Diploma, the 7307 Adult and Further Education Teaching Certificate and the Cert Ed. She has many years experience of leading and managing settings and was an Early Years lecturer in both Derby and Hull for many years. Before joining Steps in 2009, Trish was an Early Years Consultant in Yorkshire. Her leadership skills and dedication to working with children is an asset to Steps.
Indila Simandi - Team Leader
The Team Leader trained at Peto Institute in Hungary where she qualified as a conductor and teacher. As well as her academic knowledge, Indila has first-hand experience of a brother with cerebal palsy and he was her introduction to conductive education. She has lived in England since the mid 90s, working in serveral conductive education centres and has been working at Steps since 2001.
Mariann Szalay - Conductor
Mariann trained at the Peto Institute in Hungary, where she qualified as a Conductor and Teacher in 2010. After her degree she spent one year in Germany and two years in England as a Conductor, before joining Steps in 2013.
Fiona Holroyd - Conductor
Fiona started at Steps in 2011 as a volunteer and has recently qualified as Conductor. She has a wealth of experience and is a very valuable member of our team.
Sally Belton - Administrative Assistant
Sally has worked at Steps for thirteen years as an administrative assistant. She is an asset to the team with her knowledge of I.T systems and all aspects of clerical work.
Megan Taylor - Conductor Assistant Apprentice
Megan started at Steps in 2015 as our apprentice. She is currently undertaking her level 2 in childcare.
